Furthermore, they liquefy during operation at temperatures above 45°C. Consequently, this allows them to effectively dissipate heat much like a traditional thermal paste. This product is electrically non-conductive, ensuring safe use on processors and graphics chips.

Phase Change Technology & Durability

PhaseSheet PTM offers outstanding thermal conductivity and consistently high performance due to its unique material properties. Specifically, when the material liquefies, it requires a high contact pressure (around 300-400N) for optimal distribution and the thinnest possible layer. Additionally, its low viscosity in the liquid state and contraction upon solidification help minimize the pump-out effect, which is common with traditional pastes, especially between copper coolers and silicon chips.

This thermal pad is designed for a very long service life, offering more durability than traditional thermal pastes, though not as maintenance-free as KryoSheet. Moreover, PhaseSheet PTM develops and stabilizes its maximum thermal conductivity after approximately ten thermal cycles above 60 degrees Celsius.
