1. Introduction & Legal Framework

1.1. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between Alfrensia (the Merchant) and you (the Consumer).

1.2. Governed by Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

1.3. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. التعريف والنطاق القانوني

1.1. تعد هذه الشروط اتفاقية ملزمة بين Alfrensia (التاجر) وبينكم (المستهلك).

1.2. تخضع لقانون حماية المستهلك رقم 181 لسنة 2018 وقانون حماية البيانات رقم 151 لسنة 2020.

1.3. إتمام الطلب يعني موافقتك على هذه الشروط.

3. Eligibility

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old or under guardian supervision.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3. الأهلية والاستخدام

3.1. يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا أو تحت إشراف ولي الأمر.

3.2. أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات حسابك.

4. Products & Pricing

4.1. Prices are in EGP and subject to change. Valid price is the one displayed at checkout.

4.2. In case of gross pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel/refund as permitted by law.

4. المنتجات والأسعار

4.1. الأسعار بالجنيه المصري وقابلة للتغيير. السعر المعتمد هو الظاهر وقت الدفع.

4.2. في حال الخطأ السعري الجسيم، يحق لنا إلغاء الطلب ورد المبلغ وفقًا للقانون.

5. Orders & Payment

5.1. Orders are confirmed upon dispatch or explicit acceptance.

5.2. Accepted methods: Cash on Delivery, Credit Cards, Mobile Wallets.

5. الطلبات والدفع

5.1. يتم تأكيد الطلب عند الشحن أو القبول الصريح.

5.2. طرق الدفع: الدفع عند الاستلام، البطاقات الائتمانية، المحافظ الإلكترونية.

6. Shipping & Late Delivery

6.1. Delivery timeframes are estimates. Accurate address is required.

6.2. Late Delivery Rights (Art. 40): If delivery is delayed, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the delay date without fees.

6.3. Please inspect package externally upon receipt.

6. الشحن وتأخير التسليم

6.1. مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية. يجب تقديم عنوان دقيق.

6.2. حقوق التأخير (مادة 40): في حال تأخر التسليم، يحق لك إلغاء التعاقد واسترداد المبلغ خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ التأخير دون مصروفات.

6.3. يرجى فحص الطرد ظاهريًا عند الاستلام.

7. Returns & Warranty (CPA Compliant)

7.1. 14 Days (Art. 17): Return without reason if sealed/unused.

7.2. 30 Days (Art. 21): Return/Exchange for manufacturing defects or non-conformity.

7.3. Warranty (Art. 22): Minimum 2-year warranty for Durable Goods (Computers/Hardware) against manufacturing defects.

7.4. Transport Costs (Art. 23): Warranty covers inspection, repair, spare parts, and transportation costs for repairs.

7.5. Repeated Defects (Art. 24): If a defect repeats more than twice in the first year, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

7.6. Spare Parts (Art. 34): We are committed to providing authorized service centers and spare parts for the product’s lifespan.

7. الاسترجاع والضمان (قانون حماية المستهلك)

7.1. 14 يومًا (مادة 17): إرجاع بدون سبب إذا كان المنتج مغلقًا وغير مستخدم.

7.2. 30 يومًا (مادة 21): إرجاع لعيوب الصناعة أو عدم المطابقة.

7.3. الضمان (مادة 22): ضمان سنتين على الأقل للسلع المعمرة (الكمبيوتر/الهاردوير) ضد عيوب الصناعة.

7.4. نفقات النقل (مادة 23): يشمل الضمان الفحص والإصلاح وقطع الغيار ونفقات نقل المنتج للإصلاح.

7.5. تكرار العيب (مادة 24): إذا تكرر العيب أكثر من مرتين في السنة الأولى، يحق لك الاستبدال أو الاسترداد.

7.6. قطع الغيار (مادة 34): نلتزم بتوفير مراكز الخدمة وقطع الغيار الأصلية للعمر الافتراضي للمنتج.

8. Invoices

8.1. Alfrensia issues a tax/electronic invoice containing mandatory legal data.

8.2. The invoice serves as proof of purchase for warranty and return rights.

8. الفواتير

8.1. تلتزم Alfrensia بإصدار فاتورة ضريبية/إلكترونية لكل عملية بيع تتضمن البيانات القانونية.

8.2. تعتبر الفاتورة سند الشراء الأساسي لممارسة حقوق الضمان والاسترجاع.

9. Personal Data Protection & Privacy

9.1. Compliance: We collect and process data in strict compliance with Law No. 151 of 2020 and Article 29 of the Consumer Protection Law.

9.2. Security Measures: We implement advanced technical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

9.3. Data Collected: Only essential data (Name, Address, Phone) is collected for order fulfillment. We do not sell your data.

9.4. User Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

9. حماية البيانات الشخصية والخصوصية

9.1. الامتثال القانوني: نقوم بجمع ومعالجة البيانات في إطار الالتزام التام بقانون 151 لسنة 2020 ومادة 29 من قانون حماية المستهلك.

9.2. تدابير الأمن: نتخذ تدابير أمنية تقنية متقدمة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الإفشاء.

9.3. البيانات المجمعة: نجمع فقط البيانات الضرورية (الاسم، العنوان، الهاتف) لتنفيذ الطلب. لا نقوم ببيع بياناتك.

9.4. حقوق المستخدم: يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك، تصحيحها، أو طلب حذفها، وسحب الموافقة على التسويق في أي وقت.

11.1. جميع محتويات الموقع ملكية فكرية لـ Alfrensia ومحمية بالقانون.

11.2. يُسمح بالاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري للموقع فقط.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. Products are provided “as described”. We are not liable for indirect damages.

12.2. Nothing here excludes liability for non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

12. حدود المسؤولية

12.1. تُقدم المنتجات “كما هي”. لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة.

12.2. لا يخل أي بند بالحقوق القانونية الأساسية للمستهلك.

13. Governing Law

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

13.2. Consumers may resort to the Consumer Protection Agency or competent courts.

13. القانون الواجب التطبيق

13.1. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

13.2. يحق للمستهلك اللجوء لجهاز حماية المستهلك أو المحاكم المختصة.

14. Amendments

14.1. Alfrensia may update these Terms. The updated version will be published on the Website.

14.2. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. التعديلات

14.1. يحق لـ Alfrensia تحديث هذه الشروط. سيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة على الموقع.

14.2. الاستمرار في الاستخدام يُعد قبولًا للشروط المعدلة.
