ARGB Control Flexibility

The Aura GL240 V2 WH includes an attached switch connector that allows you to cycle through 30 built-in lighting effects without any software or motherboard RGB header. If your motherboard has a 5V 3-pin addressable RGB header, you can instead synchronize the lighting with the rest of your system. Both options work out of the box, giving you flexibility regardless of your motherboard’s RGB capabilities.

📐 Radiator and Case Clearance

The 278 x 120 x 27mm radiator follows standard 240mm form factor dimensions. For top-mounted installation, ensure your case supports 240mm radiator mounting with sufficient clearance above the motherboard VRM heatsinks. Front mounting is also viable and typically offers easier access for tube routing. Verify your case specifications before purchase if you have a compact mid-tower.

The universal mounting kit includes all necessary brackets and backplates for both Intel and AMD platforms. For AMD AM4/AM5, the stock motherboard backplate is retained. The rotatable pump housing allows you to orient the AURA logo and tubing exit angle to best match your build layout. Follow the included manual for step-by-step socket-specific instructions.

For optimal thermal performance, mount the radiator at the top of your case with fans configured as exhaust, pushing hot air out of the system. This orientation also simplifies tube routing to the pump. Connect the pump 3-pin connector to the AIO_PUMP header on your motherboard for consistent pump speed, and connect the fan PWM cables to CPU_FAN and SYS_FAN headers. Use the rotatable pump housing to orient the AURA logo upright regardless of your tubing angle. For ARGB control, decide between the included switch connector for standalone effects or motherboard sync for system-wide lighting cohesion. Enable PWM control in BIOS and set a fan curve that balances noise and cooling, keeping fans below 1500 RPM for near-silent operation under typical loads.
