The LIAN LI EDGE HUB V2 is an internal USB and PWM fan hub designed to expand connectivity inside a PC. This black version combines four physical USB ports with six 4-pin PWM fan connections, dual-chip USB architecture and magnetic mounting. L-Connect 3 adds per-port USB transfer monitoring, hub-utilization information and high-load alerts.
Key Features
- USB expansion: 8 downstream USB signals across four physical USB ports.
- Fan control: Six 4-pin PWM ports, each rated for up to 2A.
- Dual-chip design: Two hub chips distribute connected USB devices across separate paths.
- Software monitoring: L-Connect 3 provides USB activity monitoring and hub information. It supports high-load alerts and custom port names.
- Flexible power: Power it through a compatible EDGE PSU connection or a PCIe 8-pin cable.
- Magnetic mounting: Attach the hub in a suitable position inside the PC case.
Who Is It For?
This hub is useful in builds with several internal USB-controlled devices, LCD-equipped components or multiple PWM fans. The ADV version is the one to consider when GPU 12V-2×6 connector temperature monitoring is required; the standard V2 focuses on USB expansion and monitoring without the ADV thermal-monitoring feature.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many USB connections does it provide?
The four physical USB ports can provide eight downstream USB signals through signal-splitting cables.
How many fans can connect?
The hub has six 4-pin PWM fan ports, each rated up to 2A. Check the electrical requirements of the connected fans.
Can it be powered without an EDGE PSU?
LIAN LI specifies independent power through a PCIe 8-pin cable as an alternative to a compatible EDGE Series PSU connection.
What is the difference between HUB V2 and HUB ADV?
HUB V2 supports eight downstream USB signals and USB monitoring. HUB ADV supports seven downstream signals because it reserves one for GPU connector thermal monitoring, and adds temperature alerts and protection features.
