E-ATX Compatibility with Side Fan Installed

E-ATX motherboards up to 285mm wide are supported only when the side fan mount is not in use. If you install fans on the motherboard side (2x 120mm), the maximum motherboard width may be reduced, so plan your fan configuration against your board dimensions before ordering.

Fan Placement and Airflow

The case supports up to 8 fans total: 3 top (120mm or 140mm), 2 on the motherboard side, 2 bottom, and 1 rear. Intake from the bottom and side, exhaust from the top and rear, is the typical layout for a positive-pressure system. The 5 pre-installed ARGB PWM fans are positioned for immediate airflow; additional fans can be added as needed.

📐 Radiator and Drive Bay Placement

The top position accepts 240/280/360mm radiators, making it the primary mounting point for AIO coolers. A 120mm radiator fits at the rear. The case includes a top HDD cage with 3.5″ and 2.5″ combo mounting, a bottom HDD cage for a single 3.5″ drive, and an SSD bracket for one 2.5″ drive. Plan drive placement around radiator positioning, as top-mounted radiators may reduce clearance for the top HDD cage.

Plan your fan and radiator layout before installing components. The top position is the primary radiator mount (up to 360mm) and also supports 3x 140mm fans. If you use the side fan mounts (2x 120mm), verify your motherboard width does not exceed the E-ATX limit when side fans are installed. Route the 24-pin and GPU power cables behind the motherboard tray before mounting a top radiator, as access becomes tighter afterward. The case includes 5 ARGB PWM fans; connect their PWM cables to motherboard headers or a fan hub and their ARGB cables to a 5V 3-pin header for lighting control. Install the power supply (up to 220mm) before the GPU if you have a long graphics card, as the PSU area sits below the GPU zone. Confirm GPU length (up to 420mm) against the space between the front panel and the motherboard edge, and check that a front-mounted radiator is not required for your cooling plan, since this case supports radiators only in the top and side positions.
