Unmatched Cooling Power for AMD Threadripper™

The Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3 is meticulously engineered. It handles the extreme heat output of AMD’s Threadripper™ processors. Its design focuses on maximizing heat transfer and airflow. This ensures optimal thermal performance. Consequently, this cooler maintains stable temperatures. It allows your high-core-count CPU to operate at peak efficiency, even under the most demanding workloads.

Dedicated Design for sTRX4/sWRX8/TR4/SP3 Sockets

This cooler is a dedicated version. It is specifically designed for AMD sTRX4, sWRX8, TR4, and SP3 sockets. It features a customized larger base. This ensures full contact with the expansive Threadripper heat spreader. It cannot be used on any other sockets. It is also incompatible with Noctua’s standard mounting kits. Therefore, it provides optimal thermal transfer and mounting pressure for these high-performance platforms.

Powerful NF-A15 PWM Premium Fan

The NH-U14S TR4-SP3 comes equipped with a high-performance Noctua NF-A15 PWM premium fan. This 140mm fan operates at a maximum rotational speed of 1500 RPM. It delivers an impressive airflow of 140.2 m³/h. Furthermore, it maintains a low acoustical noise level of 24.6 dB(A). This ensures efficient cooling with minimal noise. Consequently, it provides a perfect balance of cooling power and quiet operation.

Superior Quietness and Robust Reliability

The Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3 is renowned for its whisper-quiet operation. It integrates advanced fan and bearing technologies. These minimize noise output. Furthermore, its robust construction and premium materials ensure long-term durability. Consequently, this cooler provides dependable performance. It maintains a remarkably low noise profile, even under heavy loads, ensuring a serene computing environment.

Low-Noise Adaptor for Quieter Operation

For users prioritizing ultra-quiet operation, the cooler includes a Low-Noise Adaptor (L.N.A.). This adaptor reduces the NF-A15 fan’s maximum rotational speed to 1200 RPM. It lowers the acoustical noise to just 19.2 dB(A). Therefore, you can fine-tune the fan’s performance and acoustics. This perfectly matches your system’s requirements, ensuring a near-silent operation for sensitive environments.

SSO2 Bearing and 6-Year Warranty

The NF-A15 PWM fan incorporates Noctua’s renowned SSO2 bearing. This second-generation self-stabilizing oil-pressure bearing ensures superior long-term stability and incredibly quiet operation. It boasts an impressive MTTF (Mean Time To Failure) of over 150,000 hours. Furthermore, Noctua backs this cooler with a comprehensive 6-year warranty. Therefore, this fan provides exceptional reliability and a prolonged operational lifespan, minimizing the need for replacements.

Optimized Design and Easy Installation

The Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3 is designed for efficient heat transfer and straightforward installation. Its dimensions are optimized for compatibility with large Threadripper motherboards. Furthermore, the included mounting kit simplifies the setup process. Consequently, you can achieve powerful cooling with minimal effort, ensuring a hassle-free build experience.

Optimized Dimensions for TR4/SP3 Systems

With a height of 165 mm (with fan), the NH-U14S TR4-SP3 is designed to fit most modern PC cases. Its width of 150 mm and depth of 78 mm (with fan) ensure maximum cooling surface area. This is optimized for the TR4/SP3 platform. Therefore, it provides excellent cooling performance without excessive bulk, allowing for efficient airflow within your chassis.

SecuFirm2™ Mounting Kit and NT-H1 Thermal Compound

The cooler includes Noctua’s acclaimed SecuFirm2™ mounting kit. This provides a secure and straightforward installation process specifically for TR4/SP3 sockets. Furthermore, a tube of NT-H1 high-grade thermal compound is supplied. This ensures optimal thermal conductivity between the CPU and the cooler’s copper base. Consequently, you achieve excellent contact and efficient heat transfer, maximizing cooling performance from the very first boot.
