Domestic Shipping Policy (Egypt)

Shipment processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. During peak periods or under exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we anticipate a significant delay in processing your order beyond this timeframe, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order depend on the specific items ordered and your delivery location within Egypt. The exact shipping cost will be calculated automatically and displayed clearly during the checkout process, before you confirm your order.

Estimated delivery times after processing and confirmation:

  • Cairo & Giza: Approximately 3 business days after your order is confirmed via a confirmation call from our Online Orders Support team and a confirmation email from [email protected].
  • Other Governorates: Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days after order confirmation as described above.

Please note that delivery estimates are approximate. Delays can occasionally occur due to shipping carrier issues, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping courier, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active and allow you to monitor your shipment’s progress within 24 hours.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We utilize hand-to-hand delivery services, therefore we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Damages & Receiving Instructions

Important: Please note that shipments cannot be opened before confirming receipt and completing the delivery process with the courier.

Visible Package Damage: If you receive a package with visible external damage (e.g., crushed box, torn packaging), please do not accept the delivery from the courier. Refuse the shipment and it will be returned to us. This helps protect your rights in case of damage caused during transit.

Accepted Packages & Unboxing: If the outer packaging appears intact and you accept the shipment, you must record a clear, continuous video of the unboxing process immediately upon receiving it. This video should show the unopened package, the process of opening it, and the condition of the items inside.

This unboxing video serves as crucial evidence to determine responsibility if any items are found to be damaged or missing. Without a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package, claims regarding damaged or missing items may be difficult to process.

Alfrensia.com is generally not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping after they have been handed over to the courier. If you discover damage after accepting the package (and have recorded the unboxing video), please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim using your video evidence. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
