The copper cold plate handles heat transfer from the CPU into the coolant loop, and the 100 × 94 × 69 mm waterblock is engineered for a stable, long-running interface.
Three AF-127-GDL 120mm fluid dynamic bearing PWM fans are included. Each pushes up to 78 CFM with 2.68 mmH₂O static pressure — meaningfully higher pressure than typical 120mm radiator fans, so the triple-fan configuration can push air efficiently through the 27 mm thick 396 mm radiator.
