Customizable Macro Recording
The K9420 includes dedicated macro buttons labeled G1 through G6. Because each button can be assigned a different macro per profile, and the keyboard supports three profiles (P1, P2, P3), you have up to 18 macro combinations available at a time . This is useful for games that require complex key sequences, such as MMOs with skill rotations, or for office tasks that involve repetitive shortcuts. Switching between profiles is done directly on the keyboard, so you do not need to open software during a game or presentation. The macro function is accessible out of the box, though advanced customization is available through the optional driver .
RGB Backlighting and Multimedia Controls
The K9420 features RGB chroma backlighting that can be customized directly on the keyboard. Because the brightness and effects are adjustable, you can set the lighting to suit your environment or turn it off when not needed . The keyboard also includes 12 multimedia shortcut keys, which control media playback, volume, and other functions through Fn combinations . This means you can adjust volume or skip tracks without leaving your game or application. The keycaps are wear-resistant and designed to maintain their feel over long periods of use .
Build Quality and Compatibility
The K9420 uses a membrane key structure with a 64-level gaming chip, which provides consistent keystrokes with a softer feel than mechanical switches . The 19-key anti-ghosting prevents input conflicts during simultaneous keypresses, which is important in fast-paced games. The USB connector is gold-plated, which resists corrosion and helps maintain a stable connection . The 1.8-meter braided cable resists bending and wear . The keyboard is compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11 and Mac OS, and it works as plug-and-play without additional software . Key strokes are rated for more than 20 million presses, so the keyboard is built for long-term use .

Expert Advice & Build Considerations
Macro Key Setup
The G1–G6 macro keys are set up through the keyboard’s onboard controls, and the optional driver provides more detailed customization. To use the macro keys, first select the profile (P1, P2, or P3), then press the macro key you want to configure and enter the key sequence. Because the keyboard stores settings onboard, the macros remain available even when you move the keyboard to another PC.
Wired Connection Only
This keyboard uses a wired USB connection with a 1.8-meter braided cable. Because there is no wireless mode or battery, you do not need to worry about charging, but you are limited by the cable length. Confirm your desk layout allows the cable to reach from your PC to your keyboard position.
📐 Software and Compatibility
Basic functions work as plug-and-play without drivers. For detailed macro programming, the Meetion driver is available from the official Meetion website. The keyboard works with Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11 and Mac OS, though the driver is Windows-only .

Expert Recommendation: Getting the Most from Your K9420
The Meetion K9420 is a strong choice if you want a full-size RGB keyboard with macro keys and Arabic keycap printing at an accessible price. Because it uses membrane keys, it is quieter than a mechanical keyboard, which makes it suitable for shared spaces and office environments. For gaming, the 19-key anti-ghosting ensures that simultaneous keypresses register, which matters in fast-paced titles. Use the G1–G6 macro keys to store skill rotations or repetitive commands, and switch between P1, P2, and P3 profiles for different games or applications. The RGB backlighting and multimedia shortcuts are adjustable directly on the keyboard, so you do not need software for basic changes. For more detailed customization, download the Meetion driver from the official website . Clean the keycaps periodically with compressed air to prevent dust from affecting key performance.
