Overview of the Alfrensia Refund Policy
Welcome to the Alfrensia refund policy information page. Our standard policy allows refunds and returns for 14 days after you receive your order. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange under this policy. For more details, please also review our Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility for Returns under Alfrensia’s Policy (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind and no longer want an item, you may be eligible for a return. To qualify, you must meet the following conditions according to our return rules:
- The item must remain unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition we sent it to you.
- You must return the item in its original, sealed packaging. This includes all manuals, accessories, and any bundled items.
- You must initiate the return request within 14 days of delivery by contacting our support team.
Important Note on Receiving Your Order:
Do NOT open the product packaging before you formally accept the shipment from the delivery courier. Please inspect the outer packaging for damage upon arrival.
If you open the product’s packaging before completing delivery acceptance, we will consider the item used. In such cases, you cannot return the item for a change of mind. You will need to complete the payment. You still retain standard warranty rights against manufacturing defects where applicable.
Shipping Costs for Alfrensia Returns (Change of Mind)
If you return an item due to a change of mind under this return policy, you are responsible for paying all shipping costs. This includes these costs:
- The original shipping cost Alfrensia charged to deliver the item to you.
- The cost to ship the item back to Alfrensia.
We do not refund these shipping costs. If we issue a refund, we will deduct the original delivery and return shipping costs from your refund amount.
Alfrensia Refund Policy: Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Did you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or different from your order? Please contact us immediately. Ideally, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or call our Online Orders Support at 01021625421.
- We may ask for photographic or video evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item to process your claim.
- We reserve the right to inspect the item when we receive the return to verify the issue.
- If we confirm the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will offer you a choice. You can choose a full refund (including original shipping costs) or a replacement (if available).
- Alfrensia will cover the return shipping cost for items verified as defective, damaged, or incorrect under this refund policy.
Items Not Covered by Alfrensia’s Refund Policy
Our policy generally exempts the following items from return:
- Items you attempt to return after the 14-day window.
- Items that you have opened or used, or items not in their original sealed condition (unless defective).
- Products missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, or parts.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
- Products the product page explicitly marks as “non-returnable”.

Alfrensia’s Refund Request Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our Online Orders Support at 01021625421. They will help you initiate a return request under the Alfrensia refund policy.
- Ship Item: Once we approve the return, carefully package the item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

- Notification: We will notify you via email or call about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Refund Issuance: If we approve the refund, we will process it. We will automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. This typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method used. Remember, we deduct applicable shipping costs for “change of mind” returns.
Late or Missing Refunds under Alfrensia’s Policy
- If you haven’t received an expected refund, first re-check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Next, contact your credit card company or bank. Processing time often occurs before a refund officially posts.

Exchanges under Alfrensia’s Return Policy

Alfrensia Refund Policy Abuse
Alfrensia reserves the right to refuse returns or suspend accounts. We may take other actions if we detect abuse of our refund policy. Examples include excessive returns, or returning used/damaged items not due to our error, or fraudulent claims.
