This product features 3D NAND flash, a type of flash memory where cells are stacked vertically in multiple layers, designed to overcome density limitations of 2D planar NAND. Specifically, taking full advantage of the SATA III 6Gb/s interface and built with 3D NAND flash, the S20 achieves exceptional transfer speeds of up to 550MB/s read and 500MB/s write.

Moreover, to further increase the lifespan of the S20, it includes built-in SmartECC™ and SmartRefresh™ technologies. These features provide state-of-the-art data retention and error correction, ensuring continued reliable data transfer and a new level of endurance for your valuable data.
