The FROZN A410 XE DK is built around four Φ6mm copper heatpipes with direct-touch technology paired to a dense aluminum fin stack. The result is efficient heat transfer from the CPU die to the heatsink, with a 230W TDP rating suited to mainstream through high-end desktop CPUs.
Two XF-120S-K 120mm hydraulic bearing PWM fans push air at up to 2000 RPM, delivering 58 CFM and 1.94 mmH₂O static pressure while keeping noise at a maximum of 27.2 dB(A). The cooler is ready for Intel LGA1954 / 1851 / 1700 / 1200 / 115x and AMD AM5 / AM4.
